The tender was successful with a bid of roughly $81.9 million by the Joint Venture providing confidence in the industrial site’s potential for construction. The development is located on a Business 2 Zone property at about 18,687 sqm of land area with a gross floor area allowing more than 46,000 sqm, thus the development will be a multi-user facility that will be built and run for heavy industry activity.
